We are opening a New Era in the real estate field in Romania, an era founded on new principles, which we consider more 'healthy', for a sustainable and responsible real estate development.

Urbanis concept

The word URBANIS comes from the Latin URBANUS (adj.), more precisely from its Dative/Ablative Plural. URBANIS is translated on the one hand as: "from the city or everything related to it". On the other hand, URBANIS also means "what is related to civilization, refinement and in general the progress of human civilization".

Civilized

We are convinced that we are witnessing the beginning of a New Era in the real estate field in Romania - an era that will lay the foundations for new and, we hope, healthier principles that will redefine the way real estate development is carried out.

Progress

The name URBANIS originates from the Latin urbanus (adj.), more precisely in its Dative/Ablative plural form. Urbanis translates, on the one hand, as "from the city" or "everything related to the city". On the other hand, the term also carries the meaning of "that which belongs to civilization, refinement and, in general, the progress of humanity

  • Research and innovation

Future

A civilized, responsible and transparent development that benefits everyone involved

Effects of the activity of real estate developers
The real estate developer is always in a fragile balance between risk and profit, but the effects of his activity as a whole are always positive:

Real estate developers play a very important role in the real estate industry, having the role of reducing the distance between the construction capacity and the customer's need. The real estate developer offers added value in terms of design, cost, functionality and location and makes a profitable effort to absorb international trends, to analyze customer expectations and to deliver real estate products of the best possible quality of real estate built on the basis of their experience, accumulated over time. In particular, the real estate developer assumes a series of risks: investment, fiscal, legislative in order to obtain a profit that ensures, on the one hand, the payment of development expenses, but also the provision of working capital for the construction of new real estate projects.
