URBANIS

is an independent, non-governmental, apolitical association that aims to promote and defend the interests of real estate developers in Romania in order to develop a real estate market as efficient and profitable as possible, but respecting the principles of ethics, transparency, fairness and partnership.

In a real estate market that is becoming more and more complex and complicated, an active representation in relation to central and local institutions, as well as access to news and important information in this field, is fundamental.

The real estate developer is always in a fragile balance between risk and profit, but the effects of his activity as a whole are always positive:
